Career Summary

My career bridges leadership and inclusive classroom practice. As Literacy, Diverse Learning Needs, and Secondary Coordinator at Independent Central School, I led NAPLAN coordination, staff accreditation, and policy development while supporting teacher growth through mentoring and targeted professional learning. At Catholic Secondary School, I focused on literacy and Aboriginal education, embedding Wiradjuri perspectives, initiating weekly yarning circles, and building community partnerships through strategic planning.

Currently, in a Stage 5 support unit, I design and deliver highly individualised learning programs grounded in evidence-informed strategies, collaborative practice, and reflective improvement.

Across all roles, I have remained committed to the belief that effective leadership and inclusive teaching are inseparable in creating thriving school communities.
